Summit Vista is associated with Golden Mansion, a residential apartment development in Westlands, Nairobi. Project-related public commentary from John Mburu & Company Advocates identifies Summit Vista as an affiliate of XiangFeng Group and describes Golden Mansion as their first African development. This profile focuses on that Nairobi project rather than assuming a wider local delivery history.
Golden Mansion (Westlands).
Westlands residential apartment development, represented by Golden Mansion.
NRE currently tracks 1 published project associated with Summit Vista / Beijing Xiangefng Group across Westlands. Buyers should compare the specific project’s location, Apartment, unit mix (1 Bedroom(64.4-78.46 sqm), 1 Bedroom Duplex(66.87-91.53 sqm), 2 Bedroom(107.57 sqm), 2 Bedroom Duplex), price, completion stage and management assumptions rather than relying only on the developer name.
Active or off-plan projects require current construction, completion, payment and handover evidence. NRE has not treated the portfolio as a guarantee of delivery, rental income or resale performance.
The current relationship is based mainly on NRE project records and public listing information. Developer identity, legal project company, delivery history and project documentation remain partly unconfirmed and require buyer verification.
Before reservation or payment, confirm the exact contracting entity, ownership/authority to sell, approvals, current construction or handover evidence, payment instructions, sale agreement, completion remedies, service charges and after-sales responsibilities with an independent advocate.
Research update: 24 September 2026. The adviser’s public statement supports the Summit Vista/XiangFeng association.
